  • Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customer app owners to understand objectives.
  • Collaborate with strategy, sales, product, and services to address needs.
  • Lead customer meetings to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva usage and create a customer roadmap.
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer and customer-to-Veeva collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Quality within life sciences.
  • Experience with large global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
