Customer Success Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own publisher onboarding and manage Tier 1 omnichannel accounts
• Deliver seamless technical integrations on time
• Provide responsive support within SLAs, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Analyze and optimize account performance to increase yield
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver tailored plans
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in programmatic advertising (Header Bidding, ORTB, RTB/PMP, or ad networks)
• Familiarity with SSPs, Prebid wrappers, ad servers (GAM), and multiple ad formats
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets to identify trends
• Proficiency with Excel for analysis and reporting
• Understanding of HTML/JavaScript and debugging tools (browser consoles, Charles, Fiddler) is advantageous
• Ability to manage onboarding, client support, and optimization simultaneously
