Customer Success Ops

📋 Description

• Own systems, data, and reporting to support post-sale revenue retention and growth
• Improve data confidence in HubSpot and renewals data; document edge cases
• Standardize AM motion from proposal through contract with clear visibility
• Audit customer, contract, renewal, expansion data across HubSpot and PandaDoc
• Contribute to health score inputs and CS tooling decisions over time
• Establish basic ticketing visibility from Slack using internal AI to reduce DM work

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years in Customer Operations, CS Ops, RevOps, or Renewal Ops at a B2B SaaS
• Strong business acumen on NRR, GRR, renewal rate, logo retention
• Hands-on HubSpot experience; build workflows and manage properties
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and independent problem solving
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude or GPT) for productivity
• Excellent written English for executive conversations
