🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in CS Ops, RevOps, or Customer Ops in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Hands-on experience with Planhat, Gainsight, or a comparable CS platform.
  • Proven data integration across Salesforce, Pendo, Mixpanel for unified views.
  • Experience moving CS from high-touch to low-touch with tooling and segmentation.
  • Analytical with knowledge of CS metrics and dashboards for leadership.
  • AI and automation tooling experience (e.g., Zapier/Make) and evaluation.
