📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for complex agency orgs and brands.
• Advise agencies on scaling influencer programs across clients.
• Build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships across strategy, activation, analytics, and execs.
• Drive strategic business reviews, maturity mapping, and growth planning.
• Partner with Strategic Insights Managers to deliver off-platform analysis and benchmarks.
• Use data to identify opportunities and risks, and support program growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about influencer marketing and creator content.
• 2+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role with marketing agencies.
• Deep understanding of agency structures, incentives, and stakeholder management.
• Skilled at executive conversations, translating goals into platform value.
• Act as strategic extension of an agency team; influence roadmap.
• Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and Notion or Jira.
