📋 Description

• Partner with growing customers in EMEA to drive adoption
• Onboard and enable across multiple ElevenLabs products
• Analyze usage signals to identify friction and unblock adoption
• Own commercial outcomes for ~80 accounts; multi-product adoption
• Identify expansion opportunities; drive renewals and upsells
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to grow revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years CS or AM in EMEA for complex B2B SaaS/AI tools
• Experience building/deploying AI agents
• Experience with API integrations; navigating SDKs
• Proven revenue outcomes; owning quota; cross-sell/renewals
• Automation-first mindset for 150+ accounts
• Fluency in English and German or French required
