🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or drayage account
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet, de-escalate
• A proven track record in customer support, with demonstrable skills in driving customer
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts, software, and logistics technologies
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
• A sharp, analytical mind capable of troubleshooting complex operational issues and devising
