  • 2+ years in a customer-facing or operational role.
  • Experience handling customer communications and inbox management.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
  • Comfortable working with customers across regions and time zones.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a distributed, global team.
  • Nice to Have: SaaS renewals experience; marketing/influencer workflows.
