📋 Description

  • Support client ops during acquisition pilots: set up companies and onboard hiring managers.
  • Own full client account setup; coordinate with client and Malt's financing team.
  • Conduct product demos for clients.
  • Formalize client processes in Notion (knowledge management).
  • Handover to global/enterprise/public/managed SMB admins.
  • Empower client autonomy; educate on platform benefits.
  • Partner with Sales account executive to foster collaboration.
  • Scale processes; identify pain points; deploy automated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in CX, Operations, or Account Management.
  • Tech Stack: comfortable in product-driven marketplace; strong CRM skills.
  • Soft Skills: excellent communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management.
  • Operational Mindset: conducts client interviews and product demos.
  • Languages: French and English native.
