📋 Description

• Enable and support users of our TerraSIGNAL software platform to be more successful in their
• Develop documentation and training materials
• Develop knowledge base content for our AI-based agronomy and support systems
• Work with the Training Lead to deliver training to platform users
• Prioritize and schedule help requests; escalate requests (when required) to the appropriate
• Evaluate documented resolutions for trends to prevent future problems

🎯 Requirements

• Two- or four-year degree in an agricultural field (i.e., agronomy, soils, precision ag), geographic
• Experience supporting users of software platforms
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and productive
• Strong customer orientation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Preferred experience: Possess an analytic mindset as well as good problem-solving and communication
