📋 Description

• Coach and mentor CSMs to boost satisfaction and retention
• Conduct quality reviews of customer interactions with feedback
• Develop and deliver coaching plans tied to metrics
• Collaborate with leadership on training needs and improvement
• Lead training sessions and refreshers on best practices
• Maintain standardized coaching docs and feedback tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coaching CSMs, AMs, or similar roles
• Strong QA foundation and structured feedback
• Former BPO trainers with QA and client-facing exp preferred
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Familiarity with CRMs and performance coaching tools
• Hybrid work with US time zone (night shift) and mock training with original materials
