📋 Description

  • Handle incoming user requests in English via email
  • Help users create and edit content in the product
  • Independently find information and solutions for typical and non-standard cases
  • Work with CRM
  • Escalate complex requests to Product, Tech or Legal teams
  • Adhere to internal instructions and tone of voice in communication with users

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Support for at least 1 year
  • Experience with CRM / support systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, HelpDesk
  • Experience working with English-speaking users
  • Good written English - B2 and above
  • Understanding of the specifics of written communication with users: structure, accuracy
  • Attention to detail and responsibility for the result
