Customer Support Agent – Dutch Speaker

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.
• Guide hotel customers through platform features, settings, and standard workflows.
• Resolve Tier 1, non-technical questions efficiently and confidently.
• Escalate more complex technical or customer issues to the appropriate Customer Success and
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and interaction records in HubSpot.
• Learn from and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch proficiency.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, reservations, food and beverage (F&B), or
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and
• Comfortable learning new software platforms and digital tools.
