🎯 Requirements

• Essential - 1+ year of related customer service experience (phone & email).
• Essential - Mandarin, Cantonese and English language skills.
• Essential - Hong Kong Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Strong customer service attitude and empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex information.
• Quick learner; adaptable to new technology and MS Office.
