🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, contact center agent, complaint management, or related
• Graduate or final-cycle university student in Administration, Business, Communications, Industrial
• Proficiency in ticketing and omnichannel support tools such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, Zopim, or similar
• Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
• Strong service attitude, empathy, excellent verbal and written communication, results orientation
