Customer Support Engineer (GPU Cluster)

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to resolve GPU cluster issues
• Become product expert for GPU Cluster service
• Collaborate with Eng, Research, Product on customer issues
• Turn insights into roadmap actions for Together AI
• Maintain docs for configs, guides, FAQs
• Provide coverage during holidays, nights and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in AI or SaaS
• Strong AI/ML/GPU background in HPC environments
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, and HPC storage
• Experience with infrastructure as code, container infra, scripting
• Understanding of install/config/administration of compute clusters
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
