Customer Support Executive

📋 Description

• assist our customers by phone, dealing with Sales & Support related enquiries
• ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support over the phone
• maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build
• respond promptly to customer inquiries by email and live chat
• build a knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• input customer information and data provided into an in-house system

🎯 Requirements

• proven skills working within a high performing target-driven call centre environment
• obsessive about customer experience and act as an advocate for our customers
• able to listen to customers needs, focusing in on their core concerns, have an eye for detail and a
• ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• adaptable to change & a fast learner
• able to attend London office (by Bank) for 2 weeks for training
