📋 Description

  • Respond to telecom plan and service inquiries
  • Assist clients with telecom products and issues
  • Review accounts and assess customer needs
  • Provide information about products, services, and current promotions

  • Resolve complaints and propose solutions

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years in customer support with ticketing systems
  • Experience opening support tickets and resolving issues by phone
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Telecommunications product knowledge is a plus
