📋 Description

• Provide support for general billing inquiries
• Access customer records and verify account information
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service or contact center experience
• Streaming tech familiarity; basic troubleshooting on phones, TVs
• Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written)
• Basic PC skills; Outlook, Word, Excel
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and multi-tasking abilities
