🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service or contact center
• Streaming troubleshooting skills
• Basic PC keyboarding; Outlook, Word, Excel
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving
• Multi-tasking across several applications
