🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years international voice process experience in a contact center/BPO
• Excellent English language skills (comprehension, grammar, spelling)
• Experience measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability to manage sensitive customer information
• Knowledge of customer experience KPIs
• Internet: min 10 Mbps internet and a quiet workspace
