Customer Support Specialist - Forex

📋 Description

• Provide multilingual customer support via email, live chat and phone.
• Assist onboarding: account setup, KYC, documentation, maintenance.
• Support MT4 and MT5 platform questions, tech issues, troubleshooting.
• Manage requests through ticketing/helpdesk; track to completion.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in FX/CFD customer support or related environment.
• English plus another language; Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian desirable.
• Strong MT4/MT5 platform knowledge.
• Experience with KYC onboarding and account maintenance.
• Familiarity with ticketing, helpdesk and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving and multitasking.
