  • Comfort building/workflows with Zapier, Make, or no-code tools
  • Proactive instinct to detect usage drops and workflow gaps
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations under a 2-minute SLA
  • Strong written English, fast, clear, professional
  • Comfortable on Zoom sharing your screen and guiding fixes
