Customer Support / Technical Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Handle intermediate-level customer inquiries through inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely, accurate, reliable, and courteous
• Monitor batch processing activities and provide outreach and support when processing issues
• Investigate and follow up on edit code rejections, processing discrepancies, and other operational
• Research customer service inquiries, analyze available information, and provide clear explanations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in customer service, technical support, public
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to obtain access to sensitive
