Customer Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Help customers, prospects and internal teams to answer the 'how' questions around best practice use
• Responsible for technical enablement, helping ensure our customers have early knowledge of new
• Work closely across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product teams to provide
• Translate internal, customer and prospect requests into actionable information with clear business
• Help drive an engaging and results driven technical training curriculum, working closely with the
• Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training/evangelism.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years experience required in a similar technical role
• Significant experience in IT Infrastructure and/or software development, with special emphasis in
• Experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures, containerization, observability, DevOps
• Understanding of systems, information and data flows within enterprise environments
• Experience working with and delivering API based solutions
