Customer Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building trusted
• Understand complex business and operational requirements and translate them into robust, scalable
• Conduct Executive Architecture Reviews, health checks, and strategic planning sessions to align
• Architect and implement comprehensive observability strategies for Agentic AI, autonomous agent
• Leverage and advise clients on modern context protocols including Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Establish performance and reliability metrics for autonomous agents, evaluating execution accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in senior customer-facing technical roles (Customer Technical Architect, Principal
• Proven track record of supporting large global enterprises, Fortune 500, or Global 2000 accounts
• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of building, deploying, and monitoring Agentic AI
• Direct exposure to emerging AI integration standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP), and
• Familiarity with tracking AI-specific telemetry: execution loops, context degradation, tool
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide Cloud Migration observability initiatives
