Customer Technical Program Manager, Vehicle OS

📋 Description

• Own the customer-facing program, milestones, scope, risk, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across Applied's engineering teams and customer.
• Primary interface to customer leadership on schedule, risks.
• Own the full program governance cadence with customer and internal teams.
• Define, own, and report program KPIs; keep health visible.
• Role is 5 days onsite in our Ann Arbor, MI office.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management within the automotive industry.
• Strong customer-facing presence at director level with OEM stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams with prioritization.
• Technical depth to assess feasibility across software vehicle and integration domains.
• Builder mindset: set up program structure from scratch on a newly formed team.
• Nice to have: startup experience; familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR.
