Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
Serve as a voice of the customer by identifying and sharing recurring training needs, user

🎯 Requirements

Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
At least 2 years of experience providing AAC training, clinical instruction, or related
Expertise in AAC and communication partner training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with Zoom/other virtual meeting platforms and/or experience with teletherapy
