🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ yrs leading end-to-end change management or enablement in B2B SaaS/consulting; pharma/LifeSci preferred.
  • Proven track record designing/executing learning and change strategies with adoption outcomes.
  • Knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE) and/or change-management (ADKAR/Prosci).
  • SaaS onboarding and omnichannel strategy in pharma/Life Sciences is a plus.
  • Comfort enabling customers on AI-driven tools; curious about AI impact.
  • Translate complex workflows into engaging training content for non-technical pharma users.
