Accelerate customer security due diligence with audits and inquiries.
Curate and expand trust assets: SOC reports, ISO certifications, pen test summaries, whitepapers.
Liaise cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance on security matters.
Drive process efficiency by building reusable response libraries and trust platforms.
Advocate for customer security needs in internal product and security roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years in Customer Trust, GRC, InfoSec, Compliance, or related field.
Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR.
Strong ability to translate technical controls into business messaging.
Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Analytical problem solving with attention to detail.
Bonus: experience with AI automation/workflow tools.
