Customer Trust Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as the named security expert on enterprise calls (CISO briefings, architecture reviews).
• Lead security advisory sessions mapping capabilities to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS, FedRAMP.
• Primary escalation point for security concerns; coordinate with InfoSec, Engineering, and Legal.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to qualify objections and accelerate deal cycles.
• Represent security posture in customer materials (briefings, white papers, docs).
• Maintain a centralized security knowledge base for scalable GTM responses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud security or cybersecurity architecture in SaaS.
• Deep familiarity with PAM, identity security, Zero Trust, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Customer-facing or consulting experience; comfortable presenting to C-level/CISO.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication for security docs and customer materials.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Legal).
