• Develop understanding of Neara platform to translate its value to customers.
• Work with customers on-site to drive platform adoption and ROI.
• Ensure solutions are delivered as scoped and deliver business outcomes.
• Understand customer goals to guide Neara solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor, embedding Neara in customer workflows.
• Collaborate to define business cases and ROI metrics for value delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Data & Analytics or Management/Technology consulting background with enterprise client
• Hands-on programming, data integration, and scripting with macros/various languages.
• Proven ability to map technical solutions to business value and ROI.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms, large deployments, change management.
• Desirable: utilities/digital twin/grid modernization experience in energy infra.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
