🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a 911/dispatch domain or CAD environment
• Ability to translate customer needs into a clear scope of work
• Structured discovery, integration mapping, and value selling skills
• Strong written/verbal communication across customers, Sales, and Implementation
• Familiarity with CAD platforms and dispatch operations
• Ability to build a bounded scope and value narrative from discovery
