• Lead customs projects, including automation, system enhancements, and SOPs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess operational/financial impact.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and coordination.
• Analyze customs data and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Act as primary contact for customs issues and ensure compliance.
