Customs(Zollprozesse) Operations Manager (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Owning customs processes for EU/UK/Norway/Switzerland operations.
• Using platform and automation to classify products and determine duties and taxes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, hubs, warehouses, brokers; act as customs contact.
• Partner with customers on customs topics to enable their business.
• Develop processes and guidelines for e-commerce customs compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years experience in customs operations or process management.
• Solid knowledge of export and import regulations.
• Passion for innovative customs solutions creating business value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in German (C1+) and English.
