CutOver Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end cutover lifecycle from strategy to go-live
• Coordinate cross-team activities: business, apps, infra, DevOps, QA, data, vendor
• Define readiness criteria and ensure prerequisites are met before go-live
• Run cutover planning sessions, readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go meetings
• Coordinate deployment, data migration, validation, testing, and business verification
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impacts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Cutover/Release management or large-scale deployments
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills
• Solid technical background with hands-on dev/ops experience
• Good understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, deployment processes
• Ability to coordinate complex activities across teams
• Experience defining readiness criteria and coordinating Go/No-Go decisions
