CX Coach (VP+)

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen Mento's practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior CS/EX leader with 20+ years in tech.
• Leader with experience coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus.
• Wants to turn leadership skills into coaching.
• Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace.
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ; creates a safe space for vulnerability.
• Able to commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months.
