📋 Description

• Create and refine CX content aligning with Roadie's voice and style.
• Audit Salesforce content for accuracy and relevance with CX Enablement.
• Translate process maps into clear, digestible guides for CX teams.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to stay current on features.
• Work with Legal to secure approvals for external content.
• Prioritize content requests by scope, urgency, and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Technical Writing.
• 2+ years in technical writing or content development.
• Experience with content management systems and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain clearly.
• Tenacity for problem-solving with patience and persistence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for nontechnical audiences.
