📋 Description

• Provide timely and effective day-to-day operational support required to drive value to both
• Partner with CX Operations team and CS Leadership to design equitable account territories, conduct
• Independently audit and identify opportunities for process improvements, system automation, and
• Translate CRM Account data into clear reports and dashboards for CX Management to highlight
• Take full ownership of the accuracy and completeness of CRM and CSP data, establishing standards

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer operations, support, sales operations, revenue operations, or
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (including pivot
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools to build operational efficiencies, automate workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex
• Ability to work independently with high autonomy while collaborating effectively with global teams.
