🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in technology, data science, or related field with CS.
• 2-3 years in Customer Operations or related.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Internship or campus experience in tech or ops preferred.
• Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
