  • Deliver high-quality end-user support across email, chat, and phone

🎯 Requirements

  • High School/Technical school completed; degree a plus.
  • CRMs (Zendesk, Darwin, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, Metabase)
  • Excellent grammar and computer skills
  • Google Workspace knowledge a plus
  • CX, multichannel and written customer support experience
  • Native French; strong Spanish; English a plus
