📋 Description

• Act as the primary enablement strategic partner for Support and Professional Services leadership
• Own and prioritize the Support and Services CX enablement roadmap, managing intake requests and
• Design, build, and deliver technical curricula, including product architecture, administrative
• Develop engaging digital content, eLearning modules, and live training sessions adhering to
• Build and scale technical certification programs for Support, Services, and Customer Success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• 2+ years of experience implementing, architecting, or demonstrating the Asana platform or similar
• Proven track record in technical enablement, instructional design, or customer-facing technical
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior cross-functional leaders to diagnose skill gaps and
• Deep technical acumen with the ability to quickly master complex SaaS concepts, including platform
• Experience building or managing role-based technical certification and credentialing programs.
