CX Technology & AI Lead

📋 Description

• CX Tech Lead owns Instructure's CS platform ecosystem.
• Own day-to-day platform health and enablement for CS.
• Design, build AI agents and workflows to improve retention.
• Shape CX tech roadmap and delivery of AI-forward workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and integrations with Salesforce.
• Act as builder, not administrator, for scalable CX tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years CS platform admin (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero)
• Experience designing automated workflows or AI-assisted CX processes
• Salesforce data model knowledge and CRM data flows
• Strong data fluency with large datasets and insights
• Excellent critical thinking and problem decomposition
• English fluency (writing and speaking)
