• Lead planning and execution of invitation-only CXO events, executive communications, digital
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive leadership to strengthen customer
• Coordinate participation, timelines, vendors, budgets, resources, and deliverables for flawless

🎯 Requirements

• Experience planning and executing high-touch executive events (CXO level) and VIP experiences.
• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple complex
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences; ability to craft executive
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify executive audiences and deliver best-in-class
• Comfortable with travel for event execution.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Tableau is a plus.
