Cyber Advisory Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity assessment engagements (HIPAA/HITRUST/PCI DSS/CMMC/NIST).
• Collaborate with clients to assess security programs, identify gaps, and advise remediation.
• Grow the Cyber Advisory practice with high-quality assessments and client service.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple engagements with quality.
• Contribute to planning, scoping, evidence collection, and PM.
• Support business development via client presentations and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, CS, MIS, or related field.
• 3–6+ years in cybersecurity assessments or information security.
• Experience with HIPAA Security Rule, HITRUST CSF, PCI DSS, CMMC.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-171, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001.
• Experience in public accounting, cybersecurity consulting, or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience conducting client interviews, evidence reviews, testing, and report writing.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements in a client-facing environment.
• Preferred: CISA, CISSP, HITRUST CCSFP/CCA, PCI QSA, CCP/CCA, CRISC, Security+.
