📋 Description

• Strengthen cyber and AI risk posture across the organization
• Identify, assess, and document cybersecurity and AI risks
• Design and run Alpaca's risk management framework
• Establish AI governance controls and governance standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Product, and IT
• Support audits and regulatory monitoring and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in cybersecurity, risk mgmt, IT audit, or GRC
• Foundational cybersecurity principles: network, cloud, IAM, app security
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Understanding AI/ML concepts and AI risks
• Strong written communication and documentation
• Ability to explain tech risks to non-technical stakeholders
