Cyber Security Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and grow AppSec, Infra Sec, and Endpoint Security engineers.
• Own end-to-end security ops: detection, monitoring, incident response, remediation.
• Define and execute roadmaps for AppSec, Infra Sec, and Endpoint/Office Security.
• Drive tooling adoption: EDR, SIEM, DAST/SAST, WAF, VPN, DNS security, and Okta.
• Oversee cloud security posture across AWS environments.
• Run and coordinate security incident investigations: RCA, containment, remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical security across AppSec, Infra Sec, or Endpoint.
• 3+ years in lead/management role with direct reports.
• Experience with dev security tooling: SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and DAST in CI/CD.
• Hands-on tooling: EDR, SIEM, DAST/SAST, WAF, VPN, DNS security, Okta.
• Strong AWS security knowledge: IAM/SSO, Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail.
• OWASP Top 10, SDLC security, threat modelling.
• Endpoint security: macOS/Windows hardening, MDM (Jamf or Intune).
• Fluent English with strong communication, able to translate risk to business terms.
