Cyber Security - Manager (FedRAMP)

📋 Description

• Lead FedRAMP Moderate and CMMC readiness assessments end-to-end.
• Design and implement cloud security architectures aligned to NIST 800-53/800-171.
• Develop and own System Security Plans (SSPs) and control narratives.
• Partner with client engineering and security teams to remediate gaps.
• Drive encryption, IAM, logging, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Advise on federal security mandates and remediation timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors and/or Masters in IT/CIS/MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of FedRAMP/CMMC experience in real-world environments.
• Deep understanding of NIST 800-53 and 800-171.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
• Familiarity with GRC solutions, tools, and technologies.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
