Cyber Security Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead coordination with Information Security and GRC to plan and oversee cybersecurity initiatives.
• Direct and refine ongoing continuous monitoring requirements for effectiveness and audit readiness.
• Lead FedRAMP audits; drive documentation strategy, POA&M tracking, and interdepartmental reporting.
• Guide the team in improving NIST 800-53 control effectiveness and maturity.
• Coordinate risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security training with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across IT and Security to align roadmaps and navigate high-impact projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, FedRAMP, or IT program management leading large security programs.
• Leadership in continuous monitoring, documentation, and third-party assessments.
• Deep expertise in NIST 800-53/800-30/800-161; advise teams and policy.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, SOX ITGC and audit readiness.
• Strong executive communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• U.S. citizenship; must pass ID verification; open to remote candidates.
