📋 Description

• Lead for cybersecurity, C-SCRM across INSCOM-ACO mission programs.
• Assess cyber supply chain risks; identify gaps; develop mitigations.
• Align cybersecurity policies with acquisition modernization.
• Collaborate with Army, NSA, ARCYBER, USCYBERCOM and partners.
• Ensure secure capability delivery; reduce acquisition risk.
• On-site in Ft Meade, MD.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen; SCI clearance within last 2 years.
• Full-time on-site in Ft Meade, MD.
• 10+ years with DoD/IC or cyber mission orgs.
• Expertise in Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM).
• Knowledge of DoD lifecycle, RMF, NIST SP 800-161/800-53; SSDF; SBOM; Zero Trust; DevSecOps.
• Strong SIGINT, cybersecurity engineering, and communication; able to work independently.
